These terms cover use of DRSite.

DRSite stores backups of sites you add and checks whether those sites respond. You may only add a site you own or are allowed to copy and monitor.

Adding a site stores a snapshot of its public homepage and the images on that page, and starts an uptime check against its public address. A check from one place does not by itself mean the site is down. DRSite treats a site as down for failover when two separate checks agree.

Backups and monitoring are provided as available. We may stop the service for a site or an account that breaks these terms.
